Arif Nathoo, MD, is co-founder and CEO at Komodo Health. He oversees data sciences, engineering, and product development initiatives for the company. Arif has spent the past 15 years in healthcare and life sciences leadership roles.
Before Komodo Health, Arif was a leader in McKinsey’s healthcare practice where he was responsible for helping enterprise healthcare address issues in corporate strategy, finance, sales and marketing, and organization building. He co-led McKinsey’s medical affairs practice, which created analytic products and services to improve non-promotional engagement between industry and providers.
Arif has conducted research in novel instructional technologies and medical devices, with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. He graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College with an AM in molecular and cellular biology, an MD from Harvard Medical School, and MPA in health policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Web Sun is co-founder and President at Komodo Health. He oversees operations, including business development, sales and marketing, and people.
Prior to founding Komodo Health, Web was a managing director at Zephyr Health, a leading life sciences data and insights solution provider, running all non-engineering functions. He spent nearly eight years as vice president at Campbell Alliance (now Syneos Health®) where he advised enterprise life sciences companies across corporate development, brand management and marketing, commercial effectiveness, and medical affairs initiatives.
Web also serves as an executive advisor to Reify Health, Heads Up Health™ and other healthcare/healthtech startups focused on big data, SaaS, healthcare IT (HIT), and predictive analytics to improve patient outcomes.
He holds an MBA in marketing & finance and international business from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a triple major in molecular biology/biochemistry (MBB), biological sciences and psychology from Rutgers University.

Laurent Bride is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Komodo Health. He leads engineering and product innovation, overseeing Komodo Health’s data platform and software portfolio. Laurent has 20+ years of experience building and scaling data platforms for hypergrowth technology companies.
Prior to Komodo Health, Laurent was CTO at Talend, where he built on his track record of success by taking the company public and driving next-generation data platform strategies. He has also held executive roles at multibillion-dollar software firms SAP® and SAP BusinessObjects, where he spearheaded expansions into new global markets, led high-performing teams of developers, and drove innovation for next-generation applications leveraging cloud and analytic technologies. Laurent brings expertise in business-to-business technology strategy, big data, cloud, and business intelligence.
Laurent holds a master’s degree from the École Internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l'Information (France).

Jennifer Goldsack

Jennifer C. Goldsack founded and serves as the CEO of the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe), a global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing digital medicine to optimize human health. Jennifer’s research focuses on applied approaches to the safe, effective, and equitable use of digital technologies to improve health, healthcare, and health research. She is a member of the Roundtable on Genomics and Precision Health at the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine and serves on the World Economic Forum Global Leadership Council on mental health.
Previously, Jennifer spent several years at the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative (CTTI), a public-private partnership co-founded by Duke University and the FDA. There, she led development and implementation of several projects within CTTI’s Digital Program and was the operational co-lead on the first randomized clinical trial using FDA’s Sentinel System.
Jennifer spent five years working in research at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, first in Outcomes Research in the Department of Surgery and later in the Department of Medicine. More recently, she helped launch the Value Institute, a pragmatic research and innovation center embedded in a large academic medical center in Delaware.
Jennifer earned her master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford, England, her masters in the history and sociology of medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, and her MBA from the George Washington University. Additionally, she is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Jennifer is a retired athlete, formerly a Pan American Games Champion, Olympian, and World Championship silver medalist.

Tim Hughes is a Senior Director of Data Strategy for Global Oncology at Merck. He is responsible for the identification, assessment and evaluation, ingestion, maintenance, and utilization of Global Oncology data assets for commercial uses at Merck. Tim has 25 years of experience in using APLD with the last two decades in healthcare. Before joining Merck in 2020, Tim lead IQVIA’s patient database team and was responsible for the methodology used in its syndicated offerings. He designed and maintained several APLD-derived offerings including Xponent Prescribing Dynamics, NPA Market Dynamics, and NPA New to Brand as well as IQVIA’s proprietary patient-matching algorithm.
Tim earned a BA in Criminal Justice and an MS in Statistics and Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland, and an MBA (magna cum laude) in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St Joseph’s University.

Sarah Lamberth, PhD has a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on delivering breakthrough medicines through innovation and scientific expertise. With over 22 years of experience, Sarah has showcased exceptional leadership in highly dynamic, matrixed organizations.
In her most recent role as Head, Medical Excellence at Johnson & Johnson, Sarah established the first Medical Excellence team. She has led a successful transformation of Oncology Medical Affairs, building data and analytic capabilities and driving digital transformation. Her expertise extends to implementing the use of real-world data to inform Medical Affairs and Field Medical strategies, where her team developed custom dashboards to monitor field activities for launch and growth assets.
Sarah also established the first Digital Insights team in Medical Affairs, with responsibilities ranging from real-time monitoring of social media to leveraging HCP insights from novel digital platforms.
Prior to joining Oncology Medical Affairs, Sarah spent 15 years in Immunology R&D. She holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of Pennsylvania and earned degrees in Genetics and Biochemistry from the Pennsylvania State University.
Laura Sedita-Alaimo

Laura is the Director of Medical Strategy and Innovation of the Rare Disease unit at Novo Nordisk. In this capacity, she helps set the strategy and tactical direction for the rare disease unit and field teams. At Novo Nordisk, Laura has held various roles supporting Field Medical Affairs and Clinical Strategy. She brings a diverse background in driving the advancement of capabilities through data and analytics and other innovative solutions. Laura has a Pharm.D. from the Long Island University College of Pharmacy and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Medical Affairs at Novo Nordisk.

Julia Goebel is the Chief Marketing Officer at Komodo Health. In her role, Julia will deepen the company’s strategic approach to key customer segments, optimizing market awareness for Komodo’s unique full-stack technology strategy and differentiated data and technology products.
Julia is an experienced technology CMO with more than 20 years of experience developing high-performing marketing teams in publicly traded and private equity-backed organizations. Julia joined Komodo from Symplr, a $500 million healthcare technology company, where, as Head of Growth Marketing, she oversaw the successful build of the Revenue Marketing and Business Development functions. Prior to Symplr, Julia was Chief Marketing Officer at Halo Health, where she was responsible for scaling the business and function of marketing to new heights, contributing to its acquisition by Symplr. In an earlier role, she was CMO of Benefit Express, a software company specializing in benefits administration and claims processing, where she built the marketing function ahead of its acquisition by WEX.
Julia's vast B2B marketing experience in healthcare technology and software spans recurring revenue businesses offering compliance, risk management, benefits administration, and operations software and services for payers, providers, and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to becoming a corporate marketer, Julia spent nearly a decade in the marketing agency business working with such well-known brands as Pfizer, Lilly, Bayer, Hospira, and Cardinal Health.
Julia earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in journalism with honors from the University of Missouri. As a life-long learner, she is continuing her executive education at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. She is originally from New York and resides in Chicago.

Tabby Khan, MD, MPH is a Lead Clinical Product Specialist at Komodo Health. She is responsible for providing clinical inputs into all of Komodo’s products and overseeing patient cohort development and analysis. Tabby has over ten years of experience in healthcare and has previously worked as a clinical research coordinator, research fellow, and clinician.
Before Komodo Health, Tabby was a clinical research fellow and general surgery resident at the University of Florida. She completed several clinical research projects within the Division of Vascular Surgery in the Department of Surgery, and has presented her work at national meetings and has been published in top journals such as Annals of Surgery and Journal of Thoracic Surgery.
Tabby graduated with BA in neuroscience and behavior from Columbia University and an MD/MPH dual degree from Emory University, where her thesis work focused on racial disparities in lung transplantation.

Stahl brings nearly 15 years of deep healthcare and data expertise, along with extensive financial and sales knowledge drawn from their career on Wall Street and leadership at several digital health companies.
Before joining Komodo, Stahl was Head of Customer Success at Datavant, and was previously the CEO and founder of Sparkite, a company focused on addiction and substance abuse aftercare treatment. Stahl holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and entrepreneurial leadership from Tufts University.

Vibha Chattoo is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in healthcare data analytics and technology management. She is currently the Director of Platform Product Management at Komodo Health, where she has developed AI and advanced analytics platforms, significantly reducing time to insights. Her prior role was as a Principal Product Manager at Genentech, where she built advanced analytics platforms for product development and regulatory submissions, leading the way for using R in Pharma. Vibha has also made impactful contributions at Amgen, leading early research and development, pre-clinical data management initiatives, and cloud management services. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Dharamsinh Desai University, India, and is certified in AWS Cloud technologies. She also volunteers with nonprofits, applying her strategy and leadership expertise to support community initiatives.
