Komodo Health Appoints New Chief Financial Officer and Chief Product Officer
The Two Executive Leaders Join to Support Komodo’s Expansion in Healthcare Market
San Francisco and New York, NY, March 10, 2020: Komodo Health, a data-driven healthcare software company, today announced the appointments of Heidi Johnson as Chief Product Officer and Eileen Tobias as Chief Financial Officer. Johnson joined Komodo Health earlier this year; Tobias started last week.
“We’re excited to welcome Heidi and Eileen to Komodo’s executive leadership team,” said Arif Nathoo, MD, co-founder and CEO, Komodo Health. “Heidi hails from one of the most important and disruptive technology platforms in fintech, while Eileen brings a track record of financial management discipline for fast-growing companies like ours.”
Johnson joins Komodo Health from Bloomberg LP where she was the Global Product Head for Community, Collaboration, Mobile and Compliance products. Her broad product portfolio incorporated machine learning and natural language processing capabilities delivering data insights to the world’s financial decision makers. At Komodo, she will lead product strategy and drive development decisions for new SaaS products as the company expands.
“Komodo has already established an impressive track record of client impact through software solutions that truly breathe life into data,” said Johnson. “I look forward to building on these capabilities, expanding our SaaS product offerings into adjacent markets and driving innovation in the healthcare industry.”
Tobias brings more than two decades of experience in Finance, most recently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dropbox. She has built and led global teams in enterprise SaaS, both at public and privately held companies. Prior to Dropbox, Tobias spent 12 years in finance leadership at NetSuite, and also worked at Brocade Communications, Hewlett-Packard, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
“I was inspired by Komodo Health’s mission to reduce the global burden of disease and equally impressed at the company’s commitment to business discipline,” said Tobias. “I look forward to helping Komodo navigate an exciting period of growth and expansion.”
Komodo Health closed a $50M series C funding round in January following three years of triple-digit revenue growth and a client list that includes 19 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies. The company is poised for significant market expansion in 2020.
